For my Passion Project, I have decided to do something that I feel very strong about and would also save many life's of animals. In the hot temperatures, many parents some how forget their children are in the car and leave them in the car. Unfortunately, some cases lead to the death of their children. Recently, there was an idea to help try and stop these horrific accidents. Once you get in the car, take off a shoe and place it in the back seat next to your child. This way, you'll more than likely remember to put your shoe back on and grab your child from the backseat!
My idea is pretty similar to this idea, except for helping children's lives' be saved, I am helping animals. I'm very concerned about the health and safety of the dogs left outside in extreme weather conditions. I am planning to do research about safe temperatures and also the unsafe temperatures.
One of my main reasons for choosing this idea for my Passion Project is because I am an animal lover. Ever since I was a baby, I have been raised in a veterinary hospital and have been around all sort of animals. Animals anywhere from a goldfish to a cheetah. My mom is a veterinarian and my step dad was a veterinarian as well. I got my first puppy when I was 2 years old, and she is still alive today. I would say my love and passion for animals is because of my lifestyle I have grown up in. This Passion Project is a great opportunity to help save many lives' of dogs around the United States.
This is so smart for a passion project, being an animal lover too I think this could really help all types of animals not just a specific one.

ReplyDeleteI am also an animal lover. I have four dogs and I can definitely relate. I am always for supporting and helping any kind of animal.
ReplyDeleteThis is actually a very sweet passion project. I have a little Eskimo-Cockerspanial mix puppy, and I would hate to see him suffer. The fact that you are so passionate about the well being of animals is really cool. I want to see how this project turns out. Good luck.
